Terms & Conditions – Myaokay Tutelage

Welcome to Myaokay Tutelage (“Myaokay”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (myaokay.com), online learning platforms, and training services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Eligibility

Course Enrollment & Access

  • Myaokay reserves the right to modify course content, trainers, or schedules when necessary to ensure quality delivery.
  • Login credentials for our Learning Management System (LMS) are personal and must not be shared with others.

Payments & Refunds

  • All course fees must be paid in full (or in agreed installments) before course commencement.
  • Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to Myaokay’s refund policy and the rules of the awarding body associated with the course.
  • Additional costs (such as exam fees, certification charges, courier fees, or resit fees) may be payable by the learner unless explicitly included in the program.

Certification & Accreditation

  • Certificates are issued by recognized international awarding bodies (e.g., ESC, Qualifi UK, BSS, ISO), subject to successful completion of required assessments.
  • Myaokay facilitates training, assessment, and examination processes but is not responsible for awarding body decisions regarding certification or recognition.

Learner Code of Conduct

All learners are expected to
  • Maintain professionalism and respectful behavior toward trainers, staff, and peers.
  • Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or misuse of training materials.
  • Comply with safety, academic, and ethical guidelines provided during the course.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, website content, branding, and resources are the intellectual property of Myaokay or its partners.
  • Materials are provided for personal study use only and must not be copied, reproduced, sold, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • Myaokay strives to deliver accurate, high-quality training. However, we do not guarantee that completion of a course will automatically result in employment, promotion, or immigration eligibility.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, training services, or third-party platforms.

Privacy & Data Protection Links

  • Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in our courses or using our website, you consent to such data processing.

Third-Party Services

Some programs may involve external awarding bodies or certification agencies. Myaokay is not responsible for
  • Delays caused by awarding bodies.

Termination of Services

Myaokay reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to training services if
  • A learner violates these Terms.
  • Payments are overdue or incomplete.
  • Misuse of learning platforms or unethical conduct is detected.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for all international operations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
